Three qualities of honey can be found:
the millefiori with a pleasant taste and strong aroma, obtained from the pollen of different flowers and from the honeydew of several plants;
acacia honey with a delicate aroma, sugared and vanilla-flavored, excellent for the preparation of home-made desserts and for breakfast;
chestnut honey with a strong and pungent aroma, a particular and slightly bitter taste.
