Part of the \u201cVie Verdi dei Laghi\u201d network, it offers a mix of nature, history, and scenic viewpoints.<\/p>\n<p>The route winds around Mount San Quirico through forests, vineyards, and rural landscapes, with several panoramic views over the southern Lake Maggiore area. The highlight is the small Church of San Quirico at the top of the hill, a historic landmark and symbolic guardian of the area.<\/p>\n<p>The trail can start from Angera or the hamlet of Uponne, following dirt roads and woodland paths that gradually climb to the summit, then continue along old rural routes connecting the two towns.
